Yes. Every member gets Dr. Cindy's direct number. Text or call anytime and she responds herself. For after-hours emergencies, she triages by phone. It is not an answering service. It is your doctor.
Yes. Video and phone visits are included at no extra charge when your concern does not need an office visit. No copay. No portal login. Dr. Cindy calls or video-chats with you directly.
Dr. Cindy coordinates specialist referrals for you. She recommends trusted specialists in Houston, sends your records, and follows up after your visit. You are not left to navigate the system alone.
DPC is not insurance. Pair your membership with a high-deductible health plan to cover hospital stays, specialist care, surgery, and the ER. Because DPC handles most routine primary care, many patients lower what they spend on traditional coverage.
